Privacy policy
This page explains what information the current Methodical Trades website handles and how those practices will be updated as account, newsletter, and support systems are connected.

1. The current prototype
This website is currently a frontend-only prototype. The newsletter, contact, signup, and login interfaces show confirmation states, but no Methodical Trades backend or database is connected. Information entered into those prototype forms is not currently transmitted to or stored by Methodical Trades.
2. Information you may choose to provide
When the relevant systems are activated, information may include your name, email address, support message, selected subscription track, billing choice, and account details needed to provide the service. This policy will be updated before that collection begins.
3. Technical information
The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request time. Methodical Trades has not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to the current website code.
4. How information would be used
Information collected after the backend launch would be used to provide accounts and subscriptions, send the weekly newsletter when requested, respond to support messages, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve website reliability.
5. Sharing
Information may need to be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, email, payments, security, and customer support. Provider details, sharing practices, and the choices available to users will be added when those services are selected and activated.
6. Retention and security
Once data collection begins, information will be kept only as long as needed for the purposes described, legal requirements, security, and dispute handling. Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may ask about information associated with your email address, request correction or deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter using the method provided in each email. Requests can be sent to admin@methodicaltrades.com.
8. Children
The website and trading-recommendation service are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information if you are not legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction.
9. Updates and contact
This policy will be revised before any backend, database, payment, authentication, analytics, or email-delivery service begins collecting information. Privacy questions can be sent to admin@methodicaltrades.com; the team replies within 48 hours.
