By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Additional subscription terms shown during signup will also apply once paid services are activated.

2. The Methodical Trades service

Methodical Trades publishes general recommendations concerning US-listed stocks and options. The service may include defined levels, time horizons, rationales, position updates, educational material, and related market commentary.

Methodical Trades does not hold customer assets, connect to your brokerage account, or place trades for you. You decide whether and when to act in your own account.

3. Your decisions and responsibilities

Recommendations are not tailored to your financial position, investment objectives, experience, tax circumstances, or risk tolerance. You are responsible for deciding whether a trade is appropriate, confirming the details with your broker, maintaining required permissions, and monitoring your account.

4. Accounts, trials, and subscriptions

When account and billing features are activated, the selected track, price, billing period, trial duration, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation instructions displayed during signup will form part of your agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website and subscription content for your own lawful use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, reproduce or redistribute paid content without permission, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Ownership

The Methodical Trades name, branding, website design, research presentation, written content, and other original materials are owned by Methodical Trades or used with permission. No ownership rights transfer to you through access to the website.

7. Availability and accuracy

Markets and market information can change quickly. The website may be corrected, updated, interrupted, or withdrawn. Methodical Trades does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, execution at a stated level, or any particular trading outcome.

8. Third-party services

Your brokerage, payment provider, hosting provider, and any linked third-party website operate under their own terms and policies. Methodical Trades is not responsible for a third party's systems, decisions, availability, or content.

9. Liability and applicable law

Any responsibility or limitation of liability is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Jurisdiction-specific governing-law and dispute terms will be presented before paid subscriptions are launched.

10. Changes and contact
